The Cup was used by the 6th Emperor of the Qing Dynasty. This figure personifies the Cup as a gorgeous, slender woman, sitting on the floor gracefully. The head piece she wears is made of an intricately crafted gold arch and pearls – the “Cup of Eternal Solid Gold” is written in Chinese here.
Her blonde hair has been styled into twin buns that continue to the floor as silky tails. The tails spread out all over the floor, supported by the Cup of Eternal Solid Gold’s large round base, completing the figure’s presentation of pure extravagance!
